DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
Items that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. Please read carefully the product information, photos/videos available.
We will only accept return/ exchange if you receive the wrong or defective product.
Please always record a VIDEO when unboxing the package. Shipping labels & physical goods must be clearly visible. We don’t accept edited video, or video taken after the package is opened. Without unboxing the video, any claims will be considered as invalid.
No refund/exchange if the product has been installed, cut, washed or have any other damage and process.
Any returned item must be in its original condition and all tags and packaging must be included. Once you return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
